How do we price our moves?
We charge a flat hourly rate with the industry standard travel fee. We can also give you an exact “not to exceed” quote with a complete inventory.
How do you avoid damages to my furniture?
All furniture items are wrapped with commercial grade moving blankets secured with shrink-wrap or large rubber bands. The entryway to the home is also protected with a front door pad and rubber floor runner.
What if my move takes less time than what the estimate suggests?
7 Brothers Moving & Storage only requires a three hour minimum for standard moves. We would never ask customers to pay for unnecessary labor hours. Our time clock accurately tracks labor hours from the time our crew arrives until your items are staged and approved in your new location. Billing is calculated in 15 minute increments to assist in avoiding overcharges.
Are there additional fees for multiple destinations?
Adding destinations is not an issue at all. There are no additional charges, but driving to multiple destinations will take longer. Since we operate on a per hour basis that means the cost will be higher.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and debit cards. We also accept checks.
Do you offer any packing services?
We offer complete packing services and all of our Professional Movers are trained and capable to pack everything from books to fine china.
